How Long is a Session?
Each session or meeting lasts 2 hours. This time allows the learners to have a good exposure to the language and culture, with several opportunities to practice their French speaking skills, comfortably interact, and ask questions.
How are the French Courses Structured?
Courses are held in a one-on-one setting to allow students to make faster progress. They are carefully prepared according to the learner’s specific needs and objectives. Practical and engaging activities (role-plays, interviews, oral presentations), constructive feedback, and relevant class materials are provided by your tutor to support your learning.
When and Where are French Language Courses Held?
French language classes take place from Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm, Central European Time Zone.
They are held either in person, at the learners’ home or office (in Paris). They can also be organized online on Zoom or Skype.
Do You Do an Interview with French Learners to Determine their Level & Needs?
From the very first class, Caroline works closely with the learners to determine their language level, specific needs and objectives before designing a suitable lesson plan accordingly. Throughout the course, she listens to your requests and suggestions, gives you advice on how to maximize your learning experience, and helps you stay on target. How Do I Register?
Registration for in-person or online French language courses is easy! Send an email to Caroline using this form. She will get back to you with a schedule proposal designed to accomodate your needs.
How Do I Make the Payment?
To ensure the teacher’s availability and reservation of the dates & times for the lessons, payment must be made by bank transfer within 48 hours after the schedule proposal has been agreed on by the student and the teacher. If not, the booking of your classes is not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Can I Try One Class Prior to Registration?
You are welcome to try Caroline’s teaching method by having an initial French lesson in Paris or online (2 hours minimum), which is charged at the regular rate, before deciding if you want to sign up for a full course.
Is It Possible to Reschedule a French Lesson?
At The French Class in Paris, Caroline applies a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let her know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged at the regular rate. Thank you for your kind understanding and consideration for the teacher.
Do you Offer Exam Preparation?
Carolines prepares students for the DELF, TCF and DALF examinations. She can also help you prepare other academic and professional examinations. Classes can be organized in person or online via Zoom or Skype.
